A nossa empresa é fabricante experiente em escavadoras de túneis mineiros na China de haggloader com 23 patentes e tem sempre estado a colocar a pesquisa e desenvolvimento em uma alta posição. Através de anos de desenvolvimento, recebemos 23 patentes: 3 patentes nacionais de invenção e 20 para modelos utilitários.

1. In 2002, our company took charge in designing TS14m3 mine shuttle car. The TS14m3 mine shuttle car we produced in the same year was put in use in the Wushaoling Tunnel of China Railway No.5 Engineering Group’s Lanwu Railway. The result was pretty good and we got the customer acknowledge.

2. In 2003, we successfully made technical improvement to the German imported ITC—312(H4) mucking loader. We localized the production to those would easily getting damaged parts. The improved machines were put in use in Taohuapu No. 2 Tunnel of Xihe Railway, Gele Mountain Tunnel of Yuhuai Railway and Xiaochi Tunnel of Ganlong Railway. The result was pretty good.

3. On May 2004, we successfully developed a large scale S20A mine shuttle car, which was the first one in China. Its appearance has a revolutionary meaning in China’s single line tunneling history because before this the large scale mine shuttle car was simply blank.

4. On June 2005, we successfully made a large scale KZ16 curve track side dump wagon. This was the first appearance in China and it filled in the gap of domestic large scale side dump wagon.

5. On February 2007, we successfully made a LS80 concrete transship spiral conveyor. And this was the first time in China using spiral conveyor to transship concrete.

6. On April 2007, we successfully made ZWY-180/75L crawler mucking loader. This was the first one in China. Before this, there is no one can qualified the inclined shaft with a gradient beyond 16°. Its appearance reduces the tunneling cost and makes the high concentrated gas tunnel excavation safe and possible.

7. On July 2007, we successfully made NTZ8-1435 self-driven internal combustion rail type concrete mixing tank transporter. This was the first one in China. Its appearance solves the concrete transporting problem in the double-block-style no slag rail of the Wuhan and Guangdong passenger dedicated second line. Another benefit is that it can provide fast concrete transportation in emergency salvage of the railway project.

8. On August 2008, we successfully made a 180m3/h crawler mucking loader. This was the first highly efficient tunnel boring machine in China. On the same year October, this machine was being dubbed as the product of "revitalizing the equipment manufacturing industry and promoting the self-made technique equipment of significant” by the National Development and Reform Commission.

9. On June 2009, we developed the "drilling and loading all-in-one machine” project with Huazhong University of Science and Technology. This system releases the labors underground and realizes mechanization. The efficiency is greatly enhanced.

10. On August 2009, we successfully made the "constant oil tank” (patent no. 200820137422.3) in crawler mucking loader. This was the first one in China.

11. In 2010, the ZWY-180/78L coal mucking loader was being dubbed as national key new product and Jiangxi Province key new product.It got the financial support of the Ministry of Science and Technology Innovation Funds. Meanwhile it receives three prizes: Jiangxi Province Excellent Technological New Product, Jiangxi Province Science and Technology Advancement Prize the third prize, Pingxiang City Science and Technology Advancement Prize the first prize.

12. In 2011, the production line construction of DZL312 crawler mucking loader completed and had passed through the examination of Pingxiang Economic Development Zone and the Finance Bureau.

13. On May 2012, our company undertook the technology improvement project for imported ZWY underground safety mucking loader. This mucking loader has an annual 500 productivity. In 2012 Key Industry Revitalization and Technological Transformation Project, the experts reviewed that the technicality of this project is domestically leading and internationally advancing and the market outlook is promising. A certain amount of financial subsidy is provided on the production line construction.

14. On June 2012, our new product EW75PL mucking loader received invention patent. The Institute of Science and Technical Information of Shanghai calls it in novelty search as reaching the international level as a whole. It has already been listed as 2012 Jiangxi Provincial Key New Product and National Key New Product and received first prize in Pingxiang City Science and Technology Advancement Prize.

15. In 2012, our products were listed as Jiangxi Province Top Ten Science and Technology Innovation New Project, Jiangxi Province Advanced Equipment Manufacturing and Jiangxi Province Science and Technology Innovation Six Ones Project.

16. In 2012, our company successively undertook the project of the National Science and Technology Department’s middle and small-sized enterprises innovation fund, the Jiangxi Province New Key Science and Technology Innovation Research Project, the Jiangxi Province and Pingjiang City Strategically New Industry Project.

17. In 2013, our company was awarded Pingxiang City Mayor Quality prize.

18. In 2013, our research and development center passed the review and becomes a provincial level technical enterprise center.

19. In 2013, our coal mucking loader is dubbed as famous-brand products of the Jiangxi province.

20. In 2013, our company undertook the specialized project of guiding and demonstrating the proprietary technology research and study to Jiangxi Province strategic emerging industry.

21. In 2013, our application of FBG (Fiber Bragg Grating) on mucking loader leaded the 2013 Jiangxi Province Science and Technology Planning Project.

22. In 2013, the company developed remote control and integrated on-line monitoring mucking loader was dubbed as national high-end equipment manufacturing by China International Engineering Consulting Corporation and listed as 2013 national strategic emerging industry by National Development and Reform Commission.
